Very nice condo.good area close to amenities Petron,Vista Mall . Burbys. Chowking, Jolibee, Penthouse Cafe in complex . Super views.OLYMPIC swim pool and kiddies..Access Ramps for Wheelchairs.

Rental of appartments 507 belmira and 1005 in october 2016 and august 2017 rented from pearl lettings serious agency only fridge separating freeze and refrig was missing but i solve it for my 21 days stay using mc gyver tech the electricity is not cheap take care to not waste it belmira 1005 has 2 balconees one at the sleeping room and another ot living room very close to air craft that take off or landing at NAIA but the noise once closed it ok

It have pool but you must wear the right attire for this because they're so strict and I think it was build on 2008

My balikbayan sister booked a unit here via airbnb. She got a 2 bedroom unit so we can also stay there. Its size is just right. The bedrooms were great for a really long rest. I believe the owner really took time and effort to maintain the unit. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Though there were issues here and there, they could be easily overlooked. I would definitely go back.

It looks decent from the outside, but as soon as you turn the corner and go a bit inside - that changes. Looks a bit dark and dingy. Not really what I expected from a DMCI place.

The appartement are of good and it is really well situated as you will be at walking distance from any type of public transportation and you also have a wet market and a lot supermarket around only thing is that it is old
